Tri-City Property Management is looking for an organized, customer-focused Assistant HOA Community Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who is interested in building a long-term career in community association management.
In this role, you'll provide administrative support to our Community Managers while serving as a point of contact for homeowners, board members, and vendors. No HOA management experience is required. We are happy to train the right candidate, and motivated individuals will have the opportunity to advance into a full Community Manager position.
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support to Community Managers.
- Answer phone calls and emails from homeowners, board members, and vendors.
- Assist with homeowner requests, work orders, and general inquiries.
- Maintain homeowner and association records.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding maintenance requests and projects.
- Assist with obtaining bids and scheduling repairs.
- Address owner's questions and concerns regarding compliance with community governing documents.
- Process architectural review requests and other association paperwork.
- Assist with preparing correspondence and community notices.
- Support Community Managers with financial and administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service while helping resolve homeowner concerns professionally.
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.

- Professional and friendly customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Proficiency with Google Suite applications
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Experience in HOA, property management, real estate, or office administration.
- Knowledge of homeowner associations or community management.
- Experience working with customers, vendors, or boards of directors.
- Familiarity with SmartWebs or other property management software.
