Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate and reliable Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. In this role, you will support physical therapists in providing exceptional patient care within a clinical setting. You will assist with various tasks that enhance the rehabilitation process for patients recovering from injuries or surgeries, ensuring a positive and effective therapy experience.
Duties
- Assist physical therapists in preparing treatment areas and equipment for patient sessions.
- Help patients with exercises and mobility tasks under the supervision of licensed therapists.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic, including equipment sterilization and inventory management.
- Document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising therapist.
- Provide excellent patient service by greeting patients, answering questions, and ensuring their comfort during therapy sessions.
