Tri-City Group is currently seeking a Senior Project Scheduler for Cedar Rapids, IA. The Senior Project Scheduler will lead and support scheduling efforts across a hyperscale mission critical data center project. This role is critical in ensuring schedule accuracy, risk visibility, and effective communication to support on-time project delivery. You will partner closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to develop, analyze, and maintain project schedules from planning through execution

- Lead scheduling efforts across multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard software
- Partner with Project Managers to build Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), define sequencing, and estimate durations
- Analyze construction documents and contract requirements to translate scope into actionable schedules
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and analyze critical path activities
- Perform schedule risk analysis and develop “what-if” scenarios to mitigate delays
- Review contractor schedule submittals, including baseline and updates
- Support claims analysis, including delay impacts and cost implications
- Prepare reports including schedule updates, earned value analysis (EVA), and forecasting
- Communicate schedule status, risks, and key milestones to stakeholders
- Maintain standardized scheduling processes and ensure quality control across deliverables
- Support business development efforts, client presentations, and RFP development
- 6 years of relevant scheduling experience
- Experience with Primavera P6 required
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, CPM scheduling, and delay analysis
- Ability to analyze schedules, identify critical path, and assess project risk
- Experience with mission-critical, hyperscale, or data center construction projects (preferred)
