Tri-City Group is currently seeking a Project Controls Analyst for Port Washington, WI. The Project Controls Analyst will support the financial and operational performance of large-scale construction projects. This role plays a key part in managing project data, maintaining schedules, and ensuring accurate reporting to help drive informed decision-making and minimize financial risk

- Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS/CBS)
- Implement and manage EVMS and Primavera P6 project schedules
- Perform weekly updates, reconciliations, and performance reporting (CPI, SPI, HPI)
- Track and report on change orders, EWOs, and subcontractor/vendor costs
- Support billing processes, SOVs, and financial reporting
- Audit billing documentation and monitor project cash flow and commitments
- Assist with subcontractor/vendor onboarding and project setup
- Train field teams on project controls systems (EVMS, P6, FDE)
- Provide ongoing analytical and administrative support to project teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of project controls or related experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Solid understanding of cost, schedule, and progress tracking
- Working knowledge of earned value, forecasting, and productivity metrics
- Experience maintaining key project logs (change, risk, quantities)
- Ability to develop and deliver weekly and monthly project reports
- Experience with electrical construction, mission-critical, hyperscale, or data center projects (preferred)
