Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Kennewick, WA. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, conducting home water analyses, demonstrating product benefits, and recommending suitable water treatment solutions. This role includes handling customer inquiries, following up on leads, and exceeding sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer engagement skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present product benefits
- Basic knowledge of water treatment systems and the ability to perform home water analyses (training will be provided)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage leads and follow-ups efficiently
- Willingness to work on-site in Kennewick, WA and surrounding areas and maintain a customer-focused mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or experience in sales is advantageous
