About The Role
As a Client Solution Advisor (Sales Team Member), you are responsible for converting qualified leads into signed projects and representing the brand throughout the client journey. You will run in-home consultations and walkthroughs, present professional estimates, and maintain momentum with prospects who aren’t ready to buy immediately.
This role is a hybrid of expert consultant, trusted advisor, and strategic closer. You don’t just quote a number, you build value, educate homeowners, and set the stage for successful project execution.
What You’ll Do
· Conduct in-home consultations / walkthroughs with qualified leads
· Understand the homeowner’s needs, goals, and vision
· Present proposals and value-driven estimates
· Follow up with prospects consistently until they make a decision
· Partner with Design & Build Specialist and Project Managers for handoff
· Strive to build long-lasting client relationships and referral opportunities
· Identify up-sale and cross-sale possibilities
· Uphold company standards of communication, transparency, and professionalism
Success Metrics
Your performance will be tied to:
· Revenue generated (each CSA drives $2M in signed business annually)
· Close rate & quality of proposals
· Customer satisfaction and referrals
· Contribution to team goals and internal processes
Who You Are
· 2 years of construction sales experience or 2 years of home insurance adjuster experience required
· Demonstrated ability to consult, influence, and close home owners
· Coachable with a strong work ethic and strong ownership mindset
· Strong communicator, honest, direct, and focused on professionalism
· Commitment to delivering a premium customer experience (we are not the cheapest, we are the best)
Compensation Structure
· Weekly base ($400)
· 3% commission on project revenue
