- Negotiate policy terms and premiums to meet client needs while ensuring company profitability
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients
- Provide ongoing customer service to address inquiries, policy updates, and claims assistance
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA standards where applicable
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and promote insurance products

Skills
