Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated Express Lube Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will perform routine vehicle maintenance services, including fluid checks, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections, ensuring quality and efficiency while adhering to safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness during services and repairs
- Check and top off vehicle fluids such as oil, brake, power steering, transmission, differential, and engine coolant fluids
- Inspect and rotate tires; replace filters and parts as necessary
- Complete all required service documentation following company and regulatory guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
- Comply with all safety, environmental, and procedural policies
- Participate in regular staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team goals

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of automotive servicing or repair is preferred
- Strong physical stamina and dexterity, including ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects
- Professional appearance and reliable work ethic
