Role Description
This is an on-site, part-time Executive Assistant position located in Norton Shores, MI. The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the organization's leadership team, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence and reports, maintaining records and files, and handling general office tasks. Additionally, this role will involve some event planning, communication with community partners, and assisting in project coordination. A key aspect of this role is ensuring timely and effective communication between the leadership team and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage schedules and documents efficiently.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks including communication, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Experience in event planning and interacting with community partners is preferred.
- Development and fundraising experience a plus.
- Proficiency with office software and tools such as word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Norton Shores, MI, and collaborate effectively with team members in a professional environment.
- Prior experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is an advantage.
