Subcontractor Project Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Multi- Family Assistant Superintendent to support the Superintendent in scheduling and coordination of the various trade group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set forth goals and objectives for individual subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met
- Plan and establish work schedules for subcontractors, coordinating activities to optimize efficiency
- Plan and control material deliveries and storage to prevent delays and ensure smooth workflow
- Set standards for quality assurance and monitor subcontractor compliance
- Plan and coordinate subcontractor activities to avoid conflicts between different trades
- Conduct weekly subcontractor meetings to update project schedules and address issues
- Determine subcontractor workload requirements and establish necessary workforce levels
- Conduct safety training meetings with subcontractors to promote a safe work environment
- Provide leadership and guidance to workers, fostering a productive and positive work environment
- Ensure the safety and health of all workers on site, enforcing OSHA compliance
- Enforce daily clean-up procedures and maintain a tidy worksite
- Control the flow of materials and supplies to prevent shortages or excess
- Monitor and control subcontractor schedules to ensure timely project completion
- Ensure all required building inspections are scheduled and passed in accordance with regulations

Requirements:- Proven experience in construction project coordination or management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Leadership ability and effective communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and resolve conflicts efficiently
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
