Operational Velocity: Manage daily dispatch, anticipate bottlenecks, and eliminate field friction to protect our team’s deep work.
Standardize Excellence: Execute our operational playbook flawlessly across all sites to build permanent, high-quality infrastructure.
Skills/Experience
Technical Autonomy: Operate fluidly across enterprise networking stacks and cloud infrastructure. You troubleshoot and navigate admin portals independently.
Experience Level: Extensive background in IT field operations, network deployments, or technical quality assurance.
