Requirements
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum five years of experience as a Regional Manager, Senior Regional Manager, or Regional Vice President overseeing multifamily communities, with a proven history of operational success, team leadership, and financial performance.
- Extensive experience overseeing luxury apartment communities, including lease-ups, stabilized assets, and value-add projects.
- Proven track record of driving occupancy, revenue growth, resident retention, and operational performance.
- Strong leadership and team development skills with experience managing large and diverse teams.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and asset management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
- Proficiency in property management software (OneSite/RealPage preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be willing to travel throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
