Trevor’s is seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Accounting/HR department and senior management team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous accounting, payroll, bookkeeping, or HR experience is highly preferred.
About the Job:This role will report directly to Trevor's Accounting Manager and work onsite at our office in Scottsdale, AZ.
Responsibilities:- Provide general administrative support to Accounting/HR and senior management
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and data entry
- Assist with bi-weekly payroll, timecards, tips, and payroll-related reporting
- Maintain organized accounting, payroll, and employee records
- Assist with employee onboarding, job postings, and HR documentation
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, filing, and office organization
- Take meeting notes and assist with follow-up items
- Order office supplies and complete occasional company errands
- Assist with travel arrangements, company events, and special projects
- Help create and maintain company procedures, forms, and checklists
- Provide additional administrative, accounting, and operational support as needed
- Prior administrative or office experience preferred
- Accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or HR experience highly preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
