RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Help assist customers in generating quotes.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- No Insurance or sales experience needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be willing and able to obtain insurance license
