Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the sales process, provide excellent service to our diverse clientele, and contribute to the success of the dealership by supporting the sales team. This is a salaried position with additional bonuses based on sales volume. Unlike traditional dealership roles, our Sales Assistants enjoy a 5-day workweek with 8-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by preparing sales materials, assisting with customer inquiries, and coordinating test drives.
- Serve as the first point of contact for bilingual customers, ensuring clear communication and excellent service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with potential buyers to enhance customer experience.
- Assist in organizing and displaying vehicles in the showroom and on the lot.
- Collaborate with the sales and management teams to meet monthly sales targets.
- Uphold dealership standards for professionalism, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency English and Spanish required. Native Spanish preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Prior experience in a sales, customer service, or retail environment preferred but not required.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work Saturdays and flexible weekday scheduling.
- Must have valid Drivers License.
Compensation:
- Base Salary AND Monthly Bonus based on sales volume (not gross).
- Bonus Paid: Mid-Month Draw and End of Month
- Typical Compensation Range: 2,000 – 3500 per month.
