This position primarily involves managing the technical data operations that power our mailing projects. You will work with our mail sorting software to validate addresses, process mailing lists according to USPS postal requirements, and generate and submit Mail.dat files. The role requires strong numerical skills and high precision to reconcile data between our internal systems and the Post Office, resolving any discrepancies that arise before production hits the floor.
What you need to qualify:
- Proven experience handling data processing, postal presort software, or postal data submission (Mail.dat).
- High attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude to spot and reconcile data discrepancies.
- High comfort working with computer databases, postal software, and a drive to master new technologies.
What you would be doing:
- Validating mailing addresses and sorting mailing lists to meet strict USPS postal requirements using Mail Manager.
- Submitting Mail.dat files to the Post Office and verifying data accuracy across systems.
- Reconciling data discrepancies between internal records and postal documentation.
