Store Associate
Company description:
A-Stock is an e-commerce auction house. A-Stock purchases overstock inventory, seasonal inventory and bulk shelf pulls from major retailers. Customers bid on items via the company’s online website, astock.com. Winning customers pick up their items locally at the selling locations.
Job Summary:
Rotate with the flow of inventory throughout the warehouse and preform standard warehouse duties regarding the logistics of inventory. Other duties will be inputting and scanning inventory data into computer programs spreadsheets.
Job Description:
· Assist in the inventory receiving process
· Handle and inspect quality of inbound and outbound merchandise
· Enter basic inventory data into simple computer programs or spreadsheets
· Engage in basic customer service to receive order information
· Locate and transport outbound merchandise to end customer

Job Requirements:
· Willingness to follow directions and learn from supervisor
· Willingness to learn basic Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook tasks
· Ability to provide basic communication with customers
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment
· Must be comfortable with moving around for several hours a day
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
· Must be able to lift multiple heavy objects in a short period of time
· Experience in a retail environment preferred
· Experience with pallet jack preferred
