Job Summary
Tresure Rare is seeking a polished, service-driven professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative professional, service-driven Consultant / Patient Care Coordinator
- This dynamic role blends client care, clinical coordination, and consultative sales to create a seamless, high-touch experience for every guest.
The ideal candidate thrives in a luxury service environment, demonstrates strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and has a genuine passion for aesthetics and wellness. As a key member of our team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through their aesthetic journey, supporting our clinical staff, and ensuring the daily operations of the spa run with precision and grace.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultations: Conduct thorough aesthetic consultations to understand client goals and develop customized treatment plans using our curated selection of premium services.
- Sales Strategy: Drive revenue growth through education-based sales, relationship building, and strategic upselling of complementary treatments and skincare products.
- Financing Assistance: Support clients in exploring and securing financing options (e.g., Cherry, CareCredit) to ensure accessibility and transparency in treatment planning.
- Front Desk & Clinic Operations: Oversee daily clinic operations-including appointment flow, patient intake and checkout, treatment room preparation, staff coordination, and overall presentation—to uphold our standard of excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years in a med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or luxury service environment (front desk, client coordinator, or consultative sales experience preferred).
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals through relationship-based selling and client education.
- Aesthetic Knowledge: Familiarity with cosmetic treatments, skincare, and beauty industry trends.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; confident in educating clients and building trust.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with booking and CRM software (e.g., Aesthetic Record, Nextech, or similar) and digital payment systems.
- Professionalism: Polished, detail-oriented, and able to always maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Team Collaboration: Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to teamwork and continuous growth.
