Location: HELSTF
Pay Rate: $18.85/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Every other Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (off alternating Fridays)

🔍 Position Overview
Join our team as a Visitor Control Specialist at HELSTF, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining site security while delivering excellent customer service. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and thrives in a structured, high-responsibility environment.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Control and monitor site access while ensuring a welcoming experience for all visitors
- Issue and track temporary visitor badges
- Maintain and update the site access database with accuracy
- Interpret range schedules to manage safe ingress and egress
- Respond to alarms and support site safety protocols
- Coordinate service requests and dispatch work orders to appropriate teams
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and visitors
- Assist with overlapping site operations and special assignments
✅ What We’re Looking For
- High School diploma or GED (required)
- 2 years of experience monitoring access to a secured site (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and commitment to teamwork
- Valid driver’s license
🔐 Requirements
- Must pass a background check and driver’s license record check
- Ability to obtain and maintain NCICS Clearance (for federal positions)
- Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to all company and OSHA safety policies
