ReStore Manager (Part-Time)
Tres Rios Habitat for Humanity ReStore – Farmington, NM
Pay: $18.00– per hour
Hours: 30–35 hours per week (includes Saturdays)
Location: In-person
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on ReStore Manager to help lead daily operations at our Habitat ReStore.
This is a working leadership position—you’ll be on the floor with staff and volunteers while helping keep the store organized, running smoothly, and on track.
What You’ll Do
- Help oversee daily store operations
- Support and guide staff during shifts
- Help coordinate and assign volunteer tasks
- Ensure the store stays clean, organized, and safe
- Oversee donation flow and merchandise on the floor
- Provide great customer service and handle issues as needed
Important to Know
- This is a team-based environment—everyone helps with opening, closing, pricing, and donations
- This role focuses on support, organization, and keeping things running smoothly
- You’ll be active and on your feet most of the shift

- Comfortable leading and working with a team
- Organized and able to keep things moving
- Customer service experience
- Retail or warehouse experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking for most of the shift
- Lifting and moving heavy items (with help when needed)
