Duties

- Create a nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages positive behavior management and supports children’s social-emotional well-being.
- Conduct lesson planning tailored to diverse learning styles and developmental stages, including toddler care and preschool experience.
- Engage with children through interactive activities that promote language skills, fine motor development, and early childhood education principles.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address individual needs related to special education or child welfare, and support ongoing learning at home.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining high standards of childcare and classroom management.
- Utilize standardized testing tools and assessment methods to monitor each child's growth in literacy, numeracy (including math), and other key areas of development.
