Role Description

Trendy Nanny is seeking experienced, warm, and reliable Childcare Providers for part-time, on-site roles in Miami, FL. Ideal candidates are confident professionals with a proven childcare background and a passion for supporting children’s growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Nurture and supervise children to ensure their safety, well-being, and positive development

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities for infants, newborns, toddlers, and school-age children

• Prepare meals and snacks in a safe and hygienic manner

• Assist with homework and provide tutoring support for older children

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment

• Collaborate with parents to support children’s developmental needs and adapt care strategies accordingly

• Provide a warm, patient, and supportive presence to foster confidence and growth

• Proficiency in child supervision, caregiving, and safety procedures

• Basic knowledge of child development, educational activities, and recreational planning

• Experience with infants and newborns, early school-age children

• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with families

• Flexibility to work part-time hours, with the opportunity to transition to full-time

• CPR and first-aid certification (additional certifications a plus, including allergy management, early childhood education, or special needs/disabilities)

• Previous experience in childcare roles highly beneficial

• Valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation

• Ability to provide overnight care and travel domestically and internationally

• Positive and patient demeanor with a genuine passion for children

• Faith-based approach is a plus
