Responsibilities : Work with relevant departments to determine critical features of parts and fixtures and interpret drawingsEdit programs, setup and operate CNC and milling machines Perform checks with Microvu and other tools to verify critical tolerances for the manufactured parts and fixturesAssist with production tooling based on the company’s standard processAssist with the established calibration processTroubleshoot production issues and initiate changesCounter-bore printed circuit boards based on production requests using TRAK CNC Machine and NC Impact System 2Cut ceramics using a laser cutting machine for stockroom Perform preventive maintenance on CNC ROKU Micro Drill Machines Perform maintenance for the controlled temperature room for ROKU CNC MachinesGlue rings to the printed circuit boardsManagement may assign other dutiesQualifications : At least 2 years of CNC experience or Machine Tool Technology, CNC Machining, or equivalent certificate programHigh school diploma or GED.
