Commission Only We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Hybrid Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines in-person client interactions with remote sales activities, offering a flexible and engaging work environment. Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential and existing clients through in-person meetings and virtual communication channels
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations both on-site and remotely
  • Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or virtual meetings to close sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings to effectively position our solutions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
  • Comfortable using digital communication tools, CRM software, and virtual presentation platforms
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward reaching goals and continuous learning
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or sales certifications are a plus

Pay: $60, $75,897.41 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Carrollton, TX 75006
