Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients through in-person meetings and virtual communication channels
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations both on-site and remotely
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or virtual meetings to close sales opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings to effectively position our solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
