Job Summary
Trend is seeking a high-energy, field-first operations professional to support our teams wherever the need is greatest. This role is for someone who thrives in motion whether on the docks in the morning, on job sites during the day, and in front of customers when it matters most.
This is not a desk job. One day you may be assisting appliance crews, the next troubleshooting a delivery, jumping on a move, or supporting operations in another market. Flexibility, positivity, and a “let’s get it done” mindset are non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities (Field-Focused & Overlapping Duties)

Serve as a hands-on field support leader across moving, delivery, and appliance operations

Provide morning dock support, including crew coordination and readiness checks

Jump in as a helper, driver support, or on-site problem solver when needed

Troubleshoot on-site customer issues with professionalism and urgency

Support daily field logistics, including truck readiness, cleanliness, and equipment checks

Promote and model exceptional customer service and positive crew morale

Act as a brand ambassador in the field showing professionalism, attitude, and culture matter

Provide real-time support to crews and communicate operational needs back to leadership

Assist with inventory awareness and equipment accountability while in the field

Travel between Londonderry, NH and Portland, ME as operational needs require

Support multiple departments with a “no task is beneath me” mentality

Other field-based duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

1–2 years of field experience in moving, delivery, logistics, or operations preferred

High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 75 lbs or more

Comfortable standing, walking, and working in active environments

Able to work outdoors, on docks, and on job sites

Medical, Dental, and Vision insurances after 90 days.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no CDL required)

Must be able to pass DOT requirements

Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs

Prior experience driving a 26-foot box truck preferred

Knowledge of local or regional routes and traffic patterns

Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Reliable transportation to and from work
