Trenching Services is now hiring for a grounds crew / general operator.

- RESPONSABILITIES
- Understand jobsite layout for excavation preparation.
- Ability to read plans or willingness to learn how to read plans
- Attentive of details on plans and on jobsite
- Note taking and logging production and daily progress.
- General understanding and ability to operate loader and or other assisting equipment.
- Simple grade knowledge
- Backfill excavation
- Ramp building
- Stock piling
- Jobsite cleanup for a clean end-product
- Daily use of electronic GPS models and machine grade tools.
- Daily maintenance, general upkeep of equipment. With a commitment to help operations by taking care of tools and equipment.
- Grease and clean equipment
- Replace machine consumables
- List and communicate a potential or imminent failure
- Lending an unconditional hand when failures arise
- Team player attitude.
- Able to work in a family orientated atmosphere and enjoy your coworkers
- Able and willing to work as a group or crew
- Eager and willingness to advance in a growing company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
