Trenam Law is seeking to expand its Employment Law Practice Group. We are seeking experienced employment law attorneys at the associate level and beyond. Attorneys in our Employment Law Practice Group advise employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; draft employment agreements, forms, and policies; and handle government investigations and litigation.
Associate-Level Attorney
2 years of employment law experience and thorough knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws required. Candidates must be able to handle litigation, drafting and advice and counseling. Must be able to handle a heavy workload and provide timely responses to supervising attorneys and clients.
Mid/Senior-Level Attorney
7 years of employment law experience and thorough knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws required. Candidates must be able to independently handle litigation, drafting and advice and counseling. Portable business is preferred but not required. Interested candidates must be willing to supervise, train and mentor associates and engage in efforts to build our employment law practice.
