We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Worker (PCW) for our second shift team. The ideal candidate will be strongly committed to providing high-quality care to residents in long-term care, assisted living, or home and community care settings. This role involves supporting individuals with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities, dementia, or memory impairments, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity.
$19.17 $20.16 per hour plus shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living
- Administer medications following prescribed protocols and document all medication activities in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Support residents’ nutritional needs by preparing meals and assisting with feeding as required, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing routine cleaning tasks and adhering to infection control standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work compassionately with diverse populations of seniors and individuals with disabilities.
