Tremont Property Management is hiring a dependable maintenance worker to keep our properties in good shape. You'll handle lawn care, basic plumbing repairs, and general upkeep. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes variety and can work independently.
What you'll do
- Mow, trim, edge, and handle general lawn and grounds care
- Make basic plumbing repairs, such as leaks, clogs, toilets, faucets, and fixtures
- Complete general maintenance and minor repairs as work orders come in
- Help get units ready between tenants
- Report larger issues to the property manager
What we're looking for
- Basic experience in maintenance, landscaping, or a related trade
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing repairs
- Your own reliable truck, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all seasons
- Reliable, on time, and able to work without close supervision
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
