You will
Serve as a high-leverage, cross-functional GTM utility player, taking ownership of a rotating set of high-priority initiatives. This could include:
- Leading new-vertical exploration and driving the first wave of GTM execution.
- Owning competitive intelligence across priority use cases and industries.
- Identifying, investigating, and validating new growth levers and emerging trends.
- Producing sharp, actionable analyses in days—not weeks.
- Developing credible market sizing estimates in weeks—not months.
- Acting as a key point of contact for leadership-level special projects.
- 4 years of experience in some combination of:
- Highly strategic work such as investment banking or consulting
- Being an operator at a start-up
- Strong written communication skills. We’re a documentation-first culture.
- Desire and ability to work autonomously and drive your work. Tremendous is not a great fit for people who default to waiting for instructions.

- We offer competitive pay, equity and benefits. The base salary for this role is $180,000 - $220,000.
