Position Overview:
As an Instructor at TREMBLE, you’ll lead engaging and effective classes, guiding clients through powerful workouts that leave them feeling stronger, more balanced, and confident. We welcome instructors from various fitness modalities who have the passion and ability to deliver a transformative workout experience that combines strength training, cardio, and pilates-inspired exercises.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching TREMBLE Classes:
- Lead group and private TREMBLE classes with a focus on form, technique, and creating a positive, supportive environment.
- Tailor classes to various skill levels, ensuring that every client feels challenged yet comfortable.
- Inspire clients to push their boundaries while ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the class.
Customer Engagement & Motivation:
- Create an engaging, fun, and high-energy class environment that motivates clients to work hard and enjoy their workout.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by providing personalized feedback and offering guidance on form and technique.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
Studio Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Collaborate with the Studio Owner, Studio Leads, and other instructors to ensure seamless studio operations and a cohesive client experience.
- Participate in regular team meetings, training, and studio events to stay aligned with the studio’s values, mission, and goals.
- Assist with the promotion of new classes, workshops, and special events.
Continuous Learning & Development:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, TREMBLE training, and fitness best practices.
- Seek opportunities for personal and professional development, including attending workshops and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Instructor Experience: Previous experience teaching any fitness modality is highly encouraged but not required. Experience teaching Pilates is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Great Personality: We’re looking for someone with a warm, engaging personality who can connect with clients, inspire them, and create an awesome atmosphere in every class.
- Passion for Fitness: A love for movement and a strong commitment to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
- Musicality: Ability to curate playlists that enhance the class experience, create energy, and keep clients motivated.
- Strong Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal communication, with the ability to provide feedback and motivate clients in a positive, constructive way.
- Adaptability: Ability to teach a variety of classes and work with clients of all levels, adjusting your teaching style as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 15 per week
