Seeking motivated Seasonal Local Service Experts for TurboTax locations across the United States and surrounding areas.
- Provide in-person and virtual tax preparation, advice, and support for a range of tax situations, from simple W2 filings to complex scenarios like business income and amendments.
- Serve as a trusted community ambassador by engaging prospects, hosting local events, and building long-term client relationships.
- Educate and communicate confidently about tax topics, making them accessible and approachable within the community.
- Create an exceptional customer experience by understanding individual needs, addressing inquiries, and helping clients achieve financial goals.
- Leverage tax expertise, professional tools, and community outreach to grow the client base and enhance local presence.
- Work onsite at a TurboTax location, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- Must hold active credentials (EA, CPA, or Attorney), have at least 2 years of tax preparation experience, and be willing to work a minimum of 24 hours weekly.
- Bilingual skills and a community-focused, entrepreneurial mindset are a plus.
