Reporting to the SVP, North American Sales, you will lead our Sales organization in the West. In this role, you will evaluate and execute our next-generation Majors sales strategy and organizational structure. Partnering with regional sales leaders, you will build a high-performing team focused on optimizing SaaS revenue across our Majors and Enterprise customer base while fostering a collaborative environment that accelerates career growth for your team.

About The Role
- Strategy & Leadership: Partner with Field Sales and Business Unit leaders to define next-generation Commercial sales strategies, goals, and core metrics.
- Team Development: Coach, mentor, and develop sales leaders and individual contributors to build a high-performing, inclusive culture focused on exceeding revenue targets.
- Pipeline & Operations: Oversee weekly forecasting, pipeline health, and sales activity. Refine performance metrics, dashboards, and process improvements to drive long-term partner and customer relationships.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Sales Operations and Product Marketing to create streamlined sales enablement materials that increase cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across all accounts.
- Demand Generation: Work with Field Marketing and partner channels to design and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns.
- Sales Leadership Experience: 10 years of sales leadership experience, including a track record of scaling teams of 25 members and managing a revenue portfolio exceeding $30M.
- SaaS Expertise: Proven experience in direct SaaS sales with Annual Contract Value (ACV) recognition.
- Execution & Velocity: Strong background in high-velocity sales environments with demonstrated expertise in sales process optimization, metrics management, lead generation, and incentive design.
- Operational Discipline: Experience developing structured coaching, mentorship, and career development programs for sales personnel.
- PE / M&A Exposure: Prior experience operating within Private Equity ownership models or active M&A environments is highly preferred.

Salary : $200,000 - $275,000
