As a Sprinklr Solutions Manager, you will architect, implement, and optimize social listening, reporting, and engagement strategies managed through the Sprinklr platform.
Candidates should have experience with the platform's Modern Research, Engagement, and Care modules, contribute insights to critical reports, manage data, and have a general understanding of the functionality available within all areas of the platform.
Success in this role requires continued collaboration with Sprinklr Solution Leaders and account team members, open and direction communication, and successful self-management.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with social listening, social media management, and social analytics tools, especially Sprinklr, as well as best practices related to social measurement and understanding of common KPIs.
- Ability to understand and make recommendations for implementing our client's digital marketing initiatives through the Sprinklr platform
- Awareness of social media marketing best practices to drive business goals
- Bachelor's Degree, or higher, in an analytical or business-related subject, such as marketing, market research, data analytics, or business administration preferred
