The Role:
You will be part of the team managing a 168-unit apartment community in Eden Prairie, ensuring our residents have a safe, clean, and functional place to live. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Common Area Cleaning: Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and daily upkeep of all common areas in the buildings.
- Grounds: Keeping grounds clean of debris, ensuring sidewalks and entrances are free of snow and ice, cleaning dumpster areas
- Apartment Turns: Completing thorough cleaning to prepare units for move-ins
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 2 years of general cleaning
- Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, can multi-task, dependable.
- Licensing: Valid Driver's License, insurance and a personal vehicle are a must.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Comfortable bending, squatting, kneeling, pushing and pulling.
