What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Harvest Positions - $19/Hour - Cave Junction Area position at Trellis Farms?
We're looking for motivated, dependable harvest workers to help us bring in this year’s crop. We welcome individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a passion for quality.
Harvest workers will be assisting with:
- Defoliating plants
- Harvesting plants
- Hanging buds to dry
- Post-Harvest processing - bucking, running trim machines, quality control, etc
Experience is preferred but not required. We value dedication, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Qualifications:
-Oregon Marijuana Worker Permit REQUIRED
- At least 21 years old
-Able to take directions and communicate effectively
-Be prepared to work long hours in adverse weather conditions if necessary
-Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
