Shift: 3:00PM-11:00PM (PM) | Schedule: 4-on / 2-off rotation
Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

We’re a cozy 59-bed short-term skilled nursing facility, perfectly nestled just off the 60 freeway and right across from Chino Valley Medical Center. Our all-private suites and showers are designed with one thing in mind: patient-centered care.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Administer medications like a pro- Document patient care using our easy-to-learn electronic system
- Manage both acute and chronic care needs
- Supervise and support our amazing CNAs
- Communicate clearly and compassionately
- Think critically and make smart, independent decisions
- Follow instructions and grow with us!
What You’ll Need:
- A current LVN license
- A heart for seniors ❤️
- A team spirit and a willingness to learn
