Trelleborg Medical Solutions is seeking a Training Coordinator to join the team in the Delano, MN area. The Training Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and delivery of New Employee Orientation (NEO) and communicating with all involved departments. Is a leader for site training programs, and provides administrative support across NEO, Leadership Employee Engagement Days, and other training programs. Creates NEO training packets, supports training-related audits, and continues to improve and update training content and materials. Continuously looks for ways to improve the trainee experience and ways to best disseminate information to various employee audiences.

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 2 years progressive training experience.
    • 2 years experience with design, delivery, and execution of training programs.
    • Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver training programs utilizing skills in instructional design, program design and development, and training technologies.
    • Strong history of executing the vision of senior management.

    Desired:

    • 4 year degree in learning and development, communication, or similar.
    • Video and e-learning editing skills
    • Familiarity with multi-site eQMS document control and training systems.
    • Experience in manufacturing environment.
    • Clean room experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with existing subject matter experts on current and new processes in order to contribute to the design and maintenance of current and effective training programs.
    • Coordinate with external training sources to implement programs.
    • Develop internal trainings on various topics to be implemented with various audiences.
    • Manage training room supplies, lunches, and other onboarding/training preparation.
    • Work with functional managers to assure that NEO and training programs are effective, efficient, and meet internal, ISO, regulatory, and customer requirements.
    • Collaborate with internal experts to ensure consistent training outcomes.
    • Use a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training program.
    • Assist audits of the Training System, leading efforts to resolve any noncompliance issues.
    • Use metrics and reports to help drive training performance and compliance.
    • Maintain Training room and training material cleanliness.
    • Design effective training materials using a variety of media.
    • Coaches and mentors staff on Training or Quality System Components.
    • Various additional training projects as assigned.

    • Ability to demonstrate commitment to ISO and FDA GDP recordkeeping requirements.

    • Highly computer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS Office and web-based systems
    • Good organization skills and the ability to pay strict attention to details.

    • Demonstrated ability and willingness to coach and mentor staff.

     

    Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
