Trelleborg Healthcare and Medical is seeking a Setup Technician to join their team. This position is responsible for performing equipment set up and assisting with troubleshooting of injection molding machines and ancillary Equipment.

Pay:
- $21 - $25 per hour
Essential Job Functions / Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform mold setups according to procedures/standards.
- Knowledge of injection molding machines and ancillary equipment such as material handling systems, dryers, ultrasonic welders, etc.
- Coordinate with Scheduling to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues as appropriate.
- Continually suggest and implement ideas to improve setup efficiency, as well as safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
Education:
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Desired
- 2-year technical degree
Experience:
- Required
- 1-4 years of experience
- Desired
- 5 years, including experience with clean room medical device manufacturing
