Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Use equipment such as scales and tape measurers
- Be able to set up, operate and maintain all Molding equipment
- The Cell Operator must work as a team member to ensure the success of the team and to assist the team in meeting customer demands
- Maintain a clean and safe work station utilizing 5S procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- Participate in, and continuously improve, the facility’s certification programs (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100D, etc.) to achieve plant goals and objectives
Education and Experience:
- High School or GED Equivalent
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Must be able and willing to work as a team member
- Have ability to learn quickly and retain various forms of information
- Reading, writing and math skills are essential
- Ability to read and use work instructions, blueprints, and measuring instruments
- Basic computer skills
Responsibilities May Include:
- Molding of PTFE
- Light maintenance
- Trouble shooting machine problems (when authorized)
- Set-up and maintain molding which includes selecting tooling and all other related supplies
- Be familiar with critical environmental aspects for assigned areas of responsibility and respond accordingly based on the Aspects and Impacts Matrix, procedures and/or training
- Other duties as assigned
