The Master Maintenance Technician will perform a wide variety of industrial maintenance
functions including facilities maintenance, machine troubleshooting, and preventive
maintenance. The employee will apply advanced knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic,
and pneumatic principles to complete the assigned job tasks with a high degree of attention to
safety and maintenance best practices.

Required Education and Experience
Complete an Associate Degree in a technical field such as Engineering
Technology or Industrial Maintenance (e.g. Industrial
Technology programs, Mechanical, Electrical, or Welding) AND 5-years
Industrial Maintenance experience.
Complete a Journeyman Trades program AND 5-years Industrial
Maintenance experience.
A High School Diploma or equivalent AND 8-years Industrial
Maintenance experience.
Initial On the Job Training
Candidate must be willing to participate in on-going skills training. Training for this position will
be provided by current maintenance mechanics and other Trelleborg personnel on 1st shift for 4 –
6 months based on the employees training progression. The new employee will then move to the
shift they bid on or were hired for.

- Advanced skill in using a variety of power tools, hand tools, and equipment, typically used in
