Shipping and Receiving Associate Trelleborg in Monson, MA is currently
looking for a motivated, team-oriented individual to join our team! This

(6:45 am to 5:00 pm Monday- Friday). Starting pay rate is \$21.00 an
hour. A .50 an hour increase will be given after 90 days. A \$3,000
retention bonus will be paid out in increments at 90 days, 6 months, and

vacations, and paid time off Job Description: Load and unload trucks in
line with Trelleborg and customer directions for shipping and receiving
various items. Package (palletize, wrap and strap) and stock racks with
palletized materials. Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves,
scanning inventory, and counting accurately. Manages the shipment and
receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. Engages with vendors
and drivers with a positive attitude. Safely and efficiently operate
both forklifts and powered pallet jacks. UPS and FedEx experience a plus
Required to do DOT driving Competencies: Proven work experience in a
manufacturing setting Familiarity with the use fork trucks, pallet
jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment Solid communication
skills Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for the work; ability to
lift or move at least 40 lbs. Positive and team-work focused attitude.
Must work well with others. Good attendance record Good communication
skills & basic math required Attention to detail Must be able to read,
write and speak basic English Must be able to pass and carry and DOT
license Individuals that pride themselves on being a great teammate
Experience navigating computer systems (ie. Email, Order processing,
etc) Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED
Preferred Previous Experience In a Manufacturing Setting Preferred
Reliable transportation required Pre-employment Physical, Drug &
