Tasks and Responsibilities:
Read Blueprints and measuring equipment such as scales, micrometers, optical comparators, and veniers.
Be able to set up, operate and maintain all 2nd Operation and Molding equipment.
The Cell Operator must work as a team member to insure the success of the team and to assist the team in meeting customer demands.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment utilizing 5S procedures.
Provide assistance to other cells as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
High School or GED Equivalent
Must be able and willing to work as a team member.
Have ability to learn quickly and retain various forms of information.
Reading, writing and math skills are essential.
Ability to read and use work instructions, blueprints, and measuring instruments.
Basic computer skills.
Competencies:
