What You’ll Do:
- Meet 40–50 local business owners daily in your assigned territory
- Pitch Frontier Fiber: blazing speeds, lower costs, no contracts, professional installation equipment at no cost
- Close deals, build relationships, and grow your pipeline
- Track activity and success in CRM
- Represent a national brand with local impact
- Base Pay Uncapped Commission (paid bi-weekly/monthly)
- $500 New Hire Bonus daily/weekly incentives
- Average reps earn $75K–$100K in Year 1, top reps $130K
- Paid training, mentorship, and clear promotion tracks
- No cold calling – we provide qualified leads daily
- Benefits: Medical, 401(k), PTO
- Incentive trips, recognition, and rapid advancement opportunities
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8am–5pm (your weekends are free!)
- Strong communication skills and confidence closing deals
- Sales experience or high-touch customer service background preferred
- Valid driver’s license reliable transportation
- Self-motivated, driven, and hungry for growth
- Able to pass background check and drug screening
