B2B FIELD SALES TRAINING MANAGER

This is an exciting opportunity to train and launch new B2B field sellers into the SMB market while working with a major energy client. Youll coach hunter closers in the field, build early momentum, and help reps win.
Leadership Role
- Train and coach new-hire B2B field reps in live selling environments
- Develop hunter closers focused on new acquisition
- Lead ride-alongs, real-time coaching, and field execution
- Reinforce tablet-based selling, CRM discipline, and pipeline management
- Partner with Sales Leadership to accelerate rep performance
Who You Are
- 3 years training B2B field sales (in the field)
- Proven experience coaching SMB hunter closers
- Comfortable with tablets, CRM, and digital sales tools
- High energy, confident, and leads by example
- Ready to move beyond D2D, nights, and weekends
Compensation Overview
- $80K - $110K OTE (base salary commissions training overrides)
