Job Overview

We are hiring Manufacturing Associates to support the assembly and production of equipment used in data center infrastructure.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position involving cabling, mechanical assembly, equipment installation, and general production work. We are looking for dependable individuals who are comfortable working with their hands, following instructions, and learning new processes.

Candidates with manufacturing, electrical, cabling, mechanical, assembly, or similar hands-on experience are encouraged to apply. Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and equipment used in data center infrastructure
• Install, route, organize, and secure cables and wiring
• Perform basic mechanical and electrical assembly
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and assembly procedures
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
• Assist with material handling and movement of equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Work as part of a manufacturing and production team

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required for all positions
• Experience with cabling, wiring, electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, or equipment installation is a plus
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Mechanically inclined and willing to learn
• Able to follow detailed instructions
• Dependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical, hands-on work

Compensation

$18.00–$26.00 per hour

Starting pay will depend on experience, technical skills, and overall qualifications.
