You'll lead out on design, direct the work of other members of our production team who help bring your ideas to life, present your thinking to clients, and hold the bar on craft at an agency known for its unparalleled creative.
Responsibilities
- Own design projects end to end, from concept development through design and final delivery — you set the creative direction and maintain the standard across print, web, digital, mobile, motion, and video
- Collaborate with content developers, strategists, and account managers to shape campaigns
- Clearly communicate your ideas to internal delivery teams and external production partners, giving feedback along the way to ensure quality execution
- Present concepts to clients and use their feedback to develop something even stronger
- Manage billable hours against estimates, keeping the work moving to protect both the timeline and the creative concept
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools so you can help Trekk cultivate innovation
- 5 years of agency experience
- Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Production expertise for both print and digital
- Motion, interactive, or video direction experience is a plus
- Enough HTML and CSS to talk shop with developers and design things that can actually get built
- Excellent prioritization, stellar time management, and effective communication with both colleagues and clients
