Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Flex Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular security checks of buildings, entrances, exits, and other critical points.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies with appropriate actions such as first aid or CPR if necessary.
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying credentials and maintaining logs of visitors and personnel.
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism and de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe environment.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required during incidents or investigations.
- Perform loss prevention activities by identifying theft or vandalism and reporting findings according to company protocols.
- Maintain detailed incident reports and documentation of daily activities for management review.
Skills
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred.
- Certifications in first aid, CPR, or other emergency response procedures are highly desirable.
- Strong surveillance skills with knowledge of CCTV systems and monitoring techniques.
- Excellent conflict management and de-escalation abilities to handle tense situations calmly.
- Ability to remain vigilant during long shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and professionally.
