We are looking for a motivated Finance Intern to support our finance team with daily finance operations, data entry, report preparation, bank reconciliations, month-end activities, and proper maintenance of financial records. - Support the finance team with daily finance tasks and data entry.
- Assist in processing supplier invoices and maintaining proper records.
- Help prepare and update financial reports and spreadsheets.
- Assist in preparing month-end financial reports.
- Assist with bank reconciliations under supervision.
- Support month-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required financial information.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
- Provide general administrative support related to finance operations.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Experience or familiarity with QuickBooks will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numbers.
