Fry Station Operator (Keep it Crispy)

We are looking for a reliable team member to run our automated fry station and grill. If you like a fast-paced environment, appreciate good tech that does the heavy lifting, and want a straightforward kitchen role with room for occasional creativity, you will fit right in.No corporate stiffness here—just good music, a solid team, and plenty of perfectly crispy food.What You’ll Actually Do:

• Load the Tech: Fill up the hoppers or baskets and let the auto-fryer do its thing.
• Season Like a Boss: Once the machine drops the food, toss it in our signature seasoning while it is fresh and hot.
• Serve It Up: Hand off the crispy goods directly to our customers yourself—no middleman line cooks here.
• Portion Control: Keep a sharp eye on portions so every customer gets the perfect amount and we don't bleed inventory.
• Get Creative: Occasionally pitch in and help us brainstorm or test out wild new seasonal menu offerings and event specials.
• Stay Prepped: Keep the station stocked with bags from the freezer before the rush hits.
• Machine Care: Help clean and filter the auto-fryer so the food always tastes fresh.
• Clean As You Go: Wipe down your station and help close up shop at the end of the shift.

The Vibe & Physical Stuff:

• High Energy: You can handle a loud, high-energy environment, whether we are packed for a massive sports game or just dealing with the usual busy bar crowd.
• Fast-Paced (And Slow-Paced): You can crush it during a crazy rush, but you also know how to keep yourself busy finding things to clean or prep when the floor goes quiet. No standing around watching the clock!
• The Hours: Must be available to work night shifts (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM) from Thursday through Sunday, plus the occasional sporting event or private party.
• The Stamina: You will be on your feet for long periods of time (up to 8-hour shifts).
• The Muscle: Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs (those boxes of fries and oil jugs can get heavy).

What We Are Looking For:

• Coachability: You are highly teachable. We do things a very specific way around here, and you need to be ready to learn our system inside and out.
• Thick Skin Required: You are not easily offended. Kitchens get hot, jokes get cracked, and direct feedback happens—you've gotta be able to roll with the punches and laugh it off.
• Great Communicator: You can think critically on your feet and communicate clearly with the team and customers when things get hectic.
• People Person: You are friendly, patient, and comfortable interacting directly with hungry bar guests.
• Reliable: You show up on time for the night shift and do not leave your team hanging.
